AI notes via a named provider

Is Joyin free?
Yes. Meetings are free for personal use: creating rooms, joining by link, HD video, chat, screen sharing, recording and breakout groups. There is no time limit and no card required. Companies that want their own installation get a separate proposal.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. A guest opens the link in the browser, types a name and joins. No account, no install, no password. Only the host signs in, and only to keep rooms, history and recordings.

No. A meeting lasts as long as you need, with up to 100 participants. Nothing ends after 40 or 60 minutes.
Where is my data and is Joyin GDPR compliant?
Video and audio of your meetings run through servers in Germany and your data is stored in the EU. The operator of this site is a company based in the EU, so the GDPR applies directly. The privacy policy lists every processing purpose, the retention periods and your rights, and the DPA page lists our sub-processors. We act as a processor for hosts who need a signed data processing agreement.
Does it work on a phone without the app?
Yes. The link opens in Safari on iPhone and in Chrome on Android with no install. There are also iOS and Android apps if you prefer, but guests never need them.
Can I record a meeting?
Yes, the host turns on recording with one button and everyone in the meeting sees the indicator. The recording appears in the host's dashboard, can be watched in the browser and shared with a link. It is kept for 3 days, then deleted.
Will there be AI meeting notes in Spanish?
Coming soon. Who said what, what was agreed and the tasks, in Spanish and English. It is off by default; the host turns it on per meeting and all participants see a “Transcribing” indicator.
Can I use Joyin for therapy or coaching sessions?
Yes. Servers in the EU, a waiting room, recording off by default and a data processing agreement on request cover what most professional guides ask for. You remain the controller of your clients' data; Joyin acts as the processor.
